Delighted this dawn to begin the day with a delicious Cyres Coffee while reading the first review of Douglas Vermeeren's ‘The Opus' movie here in The Cafe of Dreams:

This afternoon I went to a pre-screening of The Opus. I loved it. The Secret isn't really even comparable they are so different. Each one is great in it's own way. But I did find that Opus gave much more practical advice and stuff I could apply into my life instantly. it was certainly not as "New Agey" and it wasn't as mysterious. It was a more inspirational/motivational feel and direct information. The speakers were also very good. I think that The Secret only showed a fraction of what powerful people these are. I found the story in the Opus was absolutely incredible. I loved it. I am a little shy to admit that I almost cried at parts. It's really powerful. I highly recommend this film to everyone as a must see. But go in without the idea to compare it to the Secret. It is NOT the Secret. The Secret was great. But they are SO different. And I liked The Opus better.

Experience Self / Strength ~ fear is the thief of dreams

False Evidence Appearing Real

Irrational thinking can shift to positive thoughts.

Fear is an indication of vibration and it can shift.

Don't fear your fear. Accept your fear and appreciate it for showing you where your focus is in that minute.

When you want something and you have contradictory thoughts, then you feel fear. You're not allowing the thought of what you're wanting.

Personal evolution can include a letting go of fear, a releasing of resistance, and an allowing of inner strength. Would we be willing to release fear?

Where attention goes, energy flows. When you fear something, it is coming to you.

Time to get rid of fear.

The natural order of things is well being and we can shift to this experience.

Expect to receive Strength.

Fear is a strong vibration, indicating strong wanting, and, your inner strength is even more powerful than the feeling of fear.

Fear feels like powerlessness.

Time to empower yourself.

The vibration of being who you are is a great place to be.

It's all of your choosing.

Fear. Do something about it! Stop. Shift. Say to yourself, what action can I take to feel better, in other words, what better feeling thought could I consciously choose to experience now? Watch a One Minute Shift and tune into who you REALLY are.

They've had enough (artificial) food for now!

Simply offering food for thought. Organic. Communicating
ideas as ingredients. As ever, there is a menu, which
means there is choice, and you are free to choose what you
prefer.

I've ever known before in the manifested realm and so I
know I'm on purpose. It's upbeat and eye-opening.

cafe. I'm a different person NOW. Cyres Cafe embraces
different and diversity because that is what we all are.
And, beyond form, we are not different from each other.

details and service sends our Cyres Heart soaring.

I'm excited about what's happening here now!

What are you excited about?

I think of Cyres Cafe Antwerp in many magnificent ways,
including as an Intention Box. It's full of water.
Humans and bottled and running and food and plants and
flowers ... even big bubbles of water float up the blue, up
the walls of The Cafe, to the tall ceiling, it's as if
being in the deep of the ocean of energy that surrounds us.
Wherever you are, you can focus on this box, this creation
box, with intention, and change it. It really is Your
Cafe of Dreams.

CYRES stands for Create Your Reality Experience Self, and
in some ways it stands as a test, and now a 'school',
for creating your reality. I was told it couldn't be
done, you can't base a cafe on consciousness, people are
too cynical, it's too new, too different, etc etc etc ...
and now it is. The Cafe stands and it stands for
something meaningful.

Hmmm.

So it became, and it is, a test, a training ground, for me
and the Cyres Dream Team, of Create Your Reality. Have
enjoyed abundant conversations about it being one of the
ultimate classrooms of possibilities! And indeed I am
learning much about my self and the nature of consciousness
and energy and what I make matter. On the menu is the Petri
Dish! Dish Of The Day. Every day! Garnished with
gratitude, I KNOW I Create My Reality. Cyres Cafe Antwerp
exists. It is real. The Dream lives. It's fascinating
for me to see manifestation on this scale, partly because I
feel inside that I stretched myself, and, I know, there is
more in me and I'm eager to experience it. There is more
in all of us. We can go with the flow, where the experiment
takes us, without putting resistance on our plate (ooo have
you noticed, some people pile that high!).

So what are you creating and why?

Possibly the why matters more than the what?

Cafes are not created and run by the faint-hearted! Such
is my belief now! Lol.
My experience has moved more from reading to experiencing.
From books to bricks! From building to beingness. Theory
becoming practical. Life experience is the best teacher
and there are many lessons to experience. Once you begin
to create consciously new thought patterns in your brain,
then you start to notice what you are noticing more and
more and you are noticing where these new, different
thoughts are manifesting in your reality. Enabling the
dreams of others is delightful. Building your own dreams
is insightful! Yes, these magnificent bricks and mortar
are a mirror. Create Your Reality EXPERIENCE SELF. In the
light of a little tea-light on the table I'm typing
this at, peeling another layer of the eternal onion picked
from the field of endless possibilities, and considering
food for consciousness, I realise that I see the light of
who I really am more and more now. Taking inspired action,
feeling light-heartedness, and stepping towards your dream
will show you more of who you really are, also. I'm
accepting, peacefully and compassionately, that I am
getting the experiences that are best for me for my growth
and evolution and experiencing a deeper sense of being.
Ha! I recommend looking at those little challenges you
have, in a similar way, you'll possibly feel much more
energised, and, relaxed! What if it's all about
perception?

So I sit in the dream within the dream now and I am focused
on the purpose of my Being.

Cyres Cafe is The People Place. You don't have to feel
alone anymore. Acceptance and appreciation all round here.
Every day now I connect with many more people than I ever
did and I appreciate the philosophy that I live by, not
trying to please others, rather creating an environment
that is pleasing and thinking thoughts that are pleasing to
me, is radiating an atmosphere that people simply want to be
in. Plus, more icing on the cake, people are coming to me
with their own brilliant ideas to expand the experience and
create more freedom and joy.

I am being the space. It is a reflection of that which I
am being.

More than designer furniture and what kind of coffee
machine we use, I think about the energy in this place and
the energy radiating from this place. That matters most.

Cyres Cafe is a beacon of beingness.

Hoping that when you reach here, online and onworld, that
it is a tune in, a reconnection, to the present moment and
awareness of what really matters. A step up (as there
literally is) out of the past, and the old behaviour
patterns that don't serve you, and through the door to
sit still (inside) in the now. At ease.

I feel there's something we can all do along those lines
that BEnefits ALL LIFE. Icing on the cake!

I'm honoured to be meeting people who are coming to
connect at The Cafe regularly and am becoming more and
more aware that if I go to who I think they are, based on
previous meeting, then I am not being of best service to
the moment and that includes them. One of the movies that
is played 360 degrees round Cyres Cafe Antwerp, projects
the words "IS REBORN" up on the walls, and when I see
that, I say to myself, inner smiling, remember, reborn. I
would rather share the now with You, than the past with
you.
Can you meet someone without past? Would you?
Then, in that moment, I believe we are all in our Cafe of
Dreams.

I'm not saying wipe your memory! Memorable Experiences
in the Now are what Cyres Cafe wants to give you. Simply
saying, we are the possibility of not bringing the past
into the now with regards to making it active and so
relevant, because it's not. People are not a history
book on legs!! So why do we so often go to the past with
them?

Playing out that script that was written in the past
doesn't give anyone an opportunity to shine in the
spotlight that is Now.

No one has to BEhave in any particular way to make you
happy. Do they?! Oh if they do, then you are their slave.
You are not free.

Every day we can choose to begin, by preparing ourselves
for a new beginning, by creating our day, on purpose.
Pre-paving the path to Our Cafe of Dreams.

Consider who you hang out with in your haven (inner and
outer).

Many people have created a world view, are locked into it,
tight, and don't want to change, and that's ok. Be
non-judgemental acceptance. Live, really live, and let
live. ‘Advice' for a happier life: Don't try to
change anyone! Let them choose and then be the answer to
their asking.

Ease and elegance.

The challenge, the opportunity, the freedom, is to be open
and to know that you can choose. You choose your thoughts.
What we can ask ourselves is, how consciously are we
choosing thoughts?

When we're not afraid of our building being demolished,
we come into a space of knowing that we can create
something better.

The better it gets, the better it gets.

The building of Cyres Cafe Peace City continues. The
force is strong in this one. A wonderful warm feeling of
peace comes over you when you're there. It's a feeling
place like no other. The People Place translates to a space
of acceptance of interconnectivity on all levels. We love
Cyres to be a space of Research and Innovation. Someone in
Cyres Cafe Antwerp said to me, I prefer meeting people face
to face. He was pushing against new technology and pushing
against conceptual barriers built by the thinking mind.
Rather than accepting and softly stating his preference.
There is fear of the new, of change. Life, it's not an
either/or experience, rather life can be, and is, and/both.
Multimedia technology, if we choose it, can enhance our
existence. It's what we consciously choose to do with it
that makes the difference. We're in control ... when
we're awake/ning. New science is suggesting that we have
to clear out, control alt delete, some of the fundamental
elements that we live by and call "truth". If we keep
arguing for our limitations then we are going to remain
little.

Some form of communication is taking place in this space as
we continue to expand the experience of The Reconnection and
you can read about that in The Cafe of Dreams,
www.cyrescafe.net (many of the Popular Posts). It is
happening remotely also, showing us again that we are all
interconnected. The Reconnection interaction becomes even
more enhanced with distance. When this information is
received it allows for new potentials to be experienced and
hence to be new realities. Reality is not fixed. It is a
state of flow and "truth" can, and does, shift. The
physical, form, can change. The healing that we are
accessing here goes beyond energy (that is already here) to
a spectrum of energy, light and information. There are
areas of the quantum field that have yet to be discovered.
We don't consciously know everything! We can be in the
mystery and enjoy and appreciate that experience.

Jane says that when she is participating in a healing she
is looking for something "interesting"! A sensation
that is different from what she had been feeling in the
previous now. A change of vibration. Jane feels
sensations, then she plays with that sensation while being
present, and keeping her eyes on the person that she's
working with for involuntary movements. Somehow, there is
a connection with something that communicates with the
person's form. Finding it, feeling it, then playing with
it, interacting with it, brings about changes. Jane
doesn't look for a specific outcome, that's why she
doesn't need to know about what you think is wrong /
needs fixing. There's no judgement.
When you think you know the answer to something, you stop,
you stop learning. So go in with an openness. A childlike
openness. Open mind. Open heart. Open beingness.
When you state what the outcomes need to be, you are the
possibility of limiting a larger experience. Eric Pearl
says:

"If you are lucky your healing will come in the form you
anticipate.
If you are really lucky, your healing will come in a form
you've not even dreamed of - one which the Universe
specifically has in mind for you."

WOW!

The Reconnection is about staying open to possibilities.

Cyres Cafe, whether it be Here Now, in Antwerp, in Peace
City, wherever, worldwide, is about staying open to
possibilities.

Staying open to Love.

We limit ourselves so much by our beliefs and yet it is our
beliefs that are a part of how you Create Your Reality.

Belief systems affect biology and beyond. Matter is
affected by perception. So what are you observing? What
are you choosing to make matter? Are you perceiving with
limitations?

The Reconnection is about rising above the doing, the
techniques, and experiencing a state of being and becoming.
Being The Observer and The Observed.

Every healing has three witnesses, the healing facilitator,
the person who has come to receive the healing, and whatever
word you choose for Love / God / Universe.

What are we identifying with and what are our assumptions?

What are we (unconsciously / consciously) choosing to
receive?

From ‘doing' into ‘observation' becomes a change of
perception becomes a change of reality.

This is reconnecting with who you really are.

Wherever two or more are gathered, we can assist each other
by reminding each other of the light. We can uplift each
other. We can create Fun!

This is The Reconnection.

This is Cyres Cafe.

Some say, if you find yourself in a state of confusion,
fear, blame, insecurity, anxiety, panic, feeling lost,
indecisive, angst, unhappiness, depression, stress,
emotional difficulties ... well, you will never find your
self in those spaces. That is the ego that does not serve
you. Illusion that feels real. False Experience Appearing
Real.
Be still. Breathe deeper. Deeper than you've breathed
before. Quieten those thoughts.
Yes, it takes practice, and, it's worth it. Practice
makes possible.

The better it gets, the better if gets.

Could you, would you, be, willing, to release the old? To
give yourself the gift of the present.

Feel the feeling of relief that comes with being present in
the now. Letting go and letting good flow.

What I'm expressing here, is being continually expressed
and expanded in The Cafe of Dreams, www.cyrescafe.net, an
evolving conversation. Sue, a star seen regularly in The
Cafe, added to the conversation yesterday and I share her
words with you now as more food for thought:

Well. I "feel" an urge to simply type, so this is the
place where I shall "plop" those thoughts, feelings,
impressions and ideas that are swirling around me.
Hopefully, I can manage to assemble them into something
that is legible! *LOL*
Oooohhhh, yeah- I AM believing very strongly that each and
every single individual that exists in this universe IS
connected, and in a far greater manner than we are even
capable of comprehending. Because our brains can sometimes
catch a "glimmering" of this particularly wondrous
realisation, but have an "almost impossible" task of
being able to successfully relate this fact to other
people. Because people (most, anyway) can only relate in a
3-D world.. and not project themselves beyond this point.
Perhaps THIS is where our universe's fine art,
literature, and music is "born from".. this swirling of
socially conscious thoughts that are floating about this
grand universe; wanting to be heard, expressed, to be
KNOWN.
I often find myself "thinking" that no matter what I
"say" - or try to communicate; it HAS "been said"
before. I still keep actively participating, though, as our
combined energies, thoughts and actions really DO make a
tangible difference with how this universe is "BEing".
Sometimes I find myself striving quite mightily to shed the
"I".. and join the "we" of this universe- and for a
split- second have a recurring epiphany of sorts. LIFE
itself is a paradox!!
From the moment "we" are a tangible life- form with
substance, "we" are also dying. This doesn't fill me
with great torrents of hopelessness, nor despair, however.
Because this "rhythm of life and death" is the true
heartbeat of our universe. How we choose to live and
interact with this world, to appreciate EACH life force (be
it an ant, a rock, or fellow human!) and actively involve
others with our "life's purpose" IS creating those
positive energies that are expanding this universe, even as
I type.
I simply love the word UNI~verse. ONE.. and "I"-
singing a universal song of love and inspiration,
encouragement, of hope, information, no matter what sort of
perceived barriers we have surrounding us. IF "we" so
choose, anything really IS possible. Maybe THIS is why some
people are so afraid.
Because some people seem to be comforted with the security
of limits- of "knowing-and-obeying" the rules. When we
begin TRULY living, the freedom of KNOWING that there is
infinite potential and magic within our very
"heart-and-soul" is sorta "scary"! *LOL*
For so very, very long in our "HIS-n-HER-story"; people
have been "led like lemmings or sheep" to believe a
certain way that was "safe" and controllable. For whose
purpose??? Why- other people's, of course. People in those
perceived positions of "power and control". Huh. Isn't
this just so interesting?? Yep.. I really DO love words..
and.. the shared thoughts that I receive from this
universe.

We're often experimenting with flavours, finding the best combinations. This week, much focus on Quiche creativity. You may have read about the previous taste-test. Did it open your virtual taste buds?

For lunch love today, more quiche taste-tests in The Quest for The Perfect Quiche. Aaahh it's a demanding job, but somebody has to do it!

Two quiches were tested and totally tasted. Both organic. One was tomato, onion, and ham. The other, mushroom and chicory.

Verdict: Fresh. Flavourful. Filling. Fabulous.

Great additions to our menu item, ‘Quiche van de week'.

One building from Cyres Cafe Antwerp, there is a beautiful bakery. ‘Bakery', that's my (English) word for it. It is signed, ‘Patisserie' (cakes, breads, bigger things, etc) ‘Confiserie' (chocolates, candy, little things, etc).

Also on its sign, is written, ‘1912′... it's been in the hands of a family of bakers, through generations ... and it closes on Sunday!

Have heard on the grapevine that it will be replaced by a clothes retailer, a restaurant, an estate agent - ?

The building of bakery beauty will be missed. Not only because of the eye-popping yumminess of the window. I am always inspired to pause and ponder the delights on display. Not only because they make the most remarkable rice cakes (I'm not talking about the ‘rice cakes' that people eat when on a diet, for example ... do you know the white ones I mean?). Because, in the mornings, when we open the back door that leads from The Cyres Kitchen to The Garden, we receive a delightfully delicious waft of bakery~ness and that flavoursome smell wafts in wonderful waves into The Cafe, as well as my nostrils. As the flavour floats fragrantly in the air, filling the space, it whets my appetite for more. Mmm appreciation. I stand in The Gratitude Garden, basking in the baking a~bun~dance, drinking Life in deeply, as well as a compelling cup of Cyres Coffee. Heaven on earth!

Hello, hello dear Cyres Caring Cafe! *sigh* I am just taking a moment to breathe in the positive energies, and appreciate and embrace the uniqueness of individuals who work so diligently to bring hope, love, and compassion to this universe. Ooohhh.. AND to drop off a bucket of "Happy Sparkle Thoughts"! : )

And the gleaming bucket that Sue gifted the Cyres Caring Cafe is golden! I can see my reflection in it! This morning, as I gave each pair of bamboo stems in The Cyres Garden, their daily bucket of water and caring, I imagined that I was pouring golden light into the ground.

See what a difference you make, Sue. Giving the ground in this glorious gratitude garden, golden light. Daily. Boosting bamboo. Boosting me. Boosting Life.

*sigh*

And for Sue, CAnn, Victoria, and All interested in the ‘haircuts' of the trees in LEOPOLD DE WAELSTRAAT, a (green) update:

The 13 trees on the opposite side of the street to Cyres Cafe have all had a healthy haircut ... meaning, they look rather bald and bare! 13 transformed trunks. Tall and trimmed. Slender and stream-lined.

The two men who did the shaving, the purposeful pruning, are nowhere to be seen today, so maybe the trees on this side of the street will stay as they are.

I will, as ever, keep you updated.
Through the seasons, together, we will notice what we are noticing.

Good morning, World. Warm Greetings. Welcome to Cyres Café.

Feeling Gorgeous, absolutely Gorgeous?

Sitting super-comfortably, supported, in a window seat, at the street side of The Café aspect of The Cyres Building. Turned on and tuned in. Connectivity being The Order of The Day.

Sky says, white is the in colour this morning. I match, wearing a white vest top ... and smile!

So representing Cyres.

The rectangular, as The Café, street-sign across the street is white, LEOPOLD DE WAEL STRAAT, out of Cyres Blue. So appropriate! I match, wearing Cyres Blue trousers and a shiney shimmering Cyres Blue shirt.

Hehee, my eyes don't match, as they're brown, not blue ... but they match the chocolatey brown so abundant in much of The Café.

I feel I fit in here.
Many who walk through those gleaming glass doors comment that they feel they fit in here.
Talk about Law Of Attraction in action! I see it, more and more and more.

The white out of blue street-sign is above the door of building number 37, across the street from where I'm sitting. Number 37 is the last building on that side of the street.

The Cyres Building is number 34 and there is one more building before the end of the street on this side.

It tickles me that I look across at number 37, as, just for fun, 3 and 7 are significant Cyres numbers. Plus, The Cyres Building is 3 + 4 = 7. I find it fun, noticing patterns of numbers.

The street sign is ‘framed' in white, as a border, reflecting the colour of our building, The White House!

I feel a sense of calm certainty.

Today, Friend of Cyres Cafe, Victoria, came in from the cold to the hottest hang out, the haven of our home called Cyres Cafe Antwerp, wrapped up in layers of clothing, and a cool hat, protection from the chill outside. We soon found ourselves in layers of deep delightful conversation that warmed us inside out. Plus we sampled a new Cafe quiche possibility, a local Flemish "witloof" (vegetable) creation, organic (as much of The Cafe is). We all agreed it was delightfully different and delicious. Heart-warming and wholesome. You could taste the Goodness.

Victoria abundantly shared a place she visits for two months every year. Auroville, a universal city in the making. Check it out:

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update on the progress of The Opus. We have just finished the final picture Edit. Horrrrrrraaaaayyyyyy!!!! I am very impressed and pleased with the film. A special thanks to everyone involved. It is very close to my original vision of the film and it is beautiful. We could never have done this without you.

We are now just completing the final audio mixes and then we are ready to share it with the world.

In the next week or so we will also be releasing a few other trailers for the film. The response we have had on the new trailer so far has been wonderful. Thank you again to everyone for your kindness, excitement and support.

I am so excited about the upcoming release I believe that we have made a really great film.

Sue knows now that blue butterflies have significance in Cyres Life. So I am especially appreciating her loving thoughtfulness.
