Gratitude and Good wishes in silence have been sent to you. And now, I am sending them in this email.
How are you doing, building your dreams?
Let's Celebrate. What have you got to Celebrate? Come on, pile it on the plate!
If dreary days are getting you down, remember a different reality is possible.

It's hot in the kitchen! And the kitchen garden is abundant with food for thought.
I'm both excited and challenged! Reaching for the very roots of questions, stretching time upwards as much as possible to accommodate the building of such a big project, nurturing baby shoots that are emerging, planting forward insights into the human condition.
Hopefully with humor and humility.
We can trust our body to tell us true things, when we listen.
Celebrating the incredible banquet of colours, flavors, scents, sounds, and textures, that is constantly offered to us by Life. So much pure enjoyment to be savored.
Marvelling at the immediate miracle of hot and cold running water at the simple turn of a tap. A miracle that millions in this world don't experience. I am grateful.
In many ways, Cyres Café is getting ready to teach ourselves, and the next generations, the building blocks to make dreams become reality. When Cyres Café Antwerp opens at the end of January (construction and technology build-time extensions!), it will represent the birth of a dream. A hard labor at times, and then, all that matters is that the dream is born.
Full of potential. Not just my dream, a representation of the dreams of many. To create something new out of nothing, a dream magnetised out of the void, is worth it, worth all the focus and dedication, because it is evolution, it makes us grow as a body of people.
Learn. Create. Coach. That is what we do. With passion!
You may have visited our blog and seen all the delicious details of day to day activity and inspired thinking shared with you!:
* Filming took place this weekend for Cyres Café, in the Mont Blanc region in France. To represent, Life at The Peak, for our Natural World Movie, to be shown online and on-world in Cyres Café Antwerp. Filming in Morocco is confirmed. Other locations to be decided.
* Working on 3 different jaw-dropping projections for a total 360° experience in The Café aspect of the building:
(1) A 360° experience of ...being Wild About Cyres! ... a breath of fresh air ...
(a) nature / forests / lakes ...
(b) water powerfully attracted to the shore / ebb and flow / a light-tower (this will be filmed in a stunningly dramatic location, possibly Ireland)
(c) desert / dunes landscape
(d) mountains / glaciers / snow landscape
(2) A 360° experience of ... You Know Who You Really Are ... an interactive and intercultural compilation of community eyes and faces.
Guests can come to The Cafe of Dreams, take a photo with their mobile phone, send it instantly on to the Central Computer of Cyres, and in 1.5 minutes their photo is somewhere on the walls of The Cafe, a projection of Cyres Community worldwide.
We'll also be creating more opportunities for media interactivity, on-world and on-line.
(3) A 360° experience of ... Space.
A spacestation, spaceships, satellites, stars, constellat ions, planets, black holes, ... a constant field of amazing action!
Plus, CYRES, the spaceship we designed, flying between the stars!!!
So there you have it, the dream that is being created. Much focus on faces and places and space ...s!
It will be Hot ... and getting HOTTER!
All allowing you to easily travel through time and space in comfort and style. Deep, simultaneous relief and stimulation for your mind and body.
Life, filled with an abundance of all that is good. Loving world.

* The Taker, my first book, and membership site, is launched, http://www.thetakerclub.com
* A Cyres Representative, Lydia, on behalf of Cyres Café, went to the inauguration of Paulo Coelho as a European Ambassador for Intercultural Dialogue, in Brussels, at European Union Headquarters. Lydia and Paulo on video at the blog. Paulo was only in Brussels for 24-hours, so he said he'll visit for a "coffee of dreams" next time. He also sent words of encouragement when he said:
"All warriors of light manage to do what they feel they should be doing."
* Introduced John Wadsworth, Creator of Floating Worlds. He creates world-class audio visual art, and contributes to Cyres Channel, www.youtube.com/cyreschannel, with the most amazing music and visuals.
* Introduced Pete Middleton and his SenseAble Friend cards, one of the abundance of features we're collecting for The Café.
* Jane went to Barcelona and New York to further her training as a healing practitioner. Very excited last week when she received her Reconnective Healing certificate from Eric Pearl, the description of which, she wrote out!
* Jane was also sent this video which makes her giggle like crazy! http://jane.youaremighty.com/
* Talked about the exceptional drinks in The Café of Dreams, including reports of recent visits to the Watercress farm. Now being called, Watercress-WOW! We also discussed The Menu in The Café.

Essential Viewing. I highly recommend that you consider this that Jane wrote yesterday. It's a beautiful expression all about the most appropriate response to life, which is love, through gratitude and appreciation:

Feel the feeling of being grateful.
Go to gratitude ... Get into gratitude ... Grow with gratitude ... Count your blessings ... Let's be thankful that we are here, now, to experience self.
Gratitude is a clearing technique and also a great method for being in the moment.
Have you ever noticed, when travelling by train, that when the train sets off, people who are sitting in a backwards facing seat, realise they are in a backwards facing seat, and most of them change to a forward facing seat. Hmmm... Is it more comfortable to face forward and look in the direction you are going? Is facing what is past, the best direction?
And again, I ask you, how are you doing with the dream building?
W hat do you think you deserve? What are you expecting?
Who is supportive of your dreams and encourages you to be everything you are born to be?
Who believes in You?
What if the world is a projection, of what you feel inside? Are you expecting Your Cafe of Dreams?
Don't expect life to deliver to your door what you do not first create inside yourself. Build the dream inside you first.
I feel The Cafe of My Dreams inside me, and get experiences of love, expansion, appreciation, joy, fun, innovation, freedom, excitement, peace, ...
How will the realized dream make you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically?
What will you feel, see, smell, listen to, and taste around you?
Experience the feeling of Dream Fulfillment, Now.
Bothersome Beliefs? Bah, humbug!:
Accept / Acknowledge the feeling/emotion (whatever it is).
Feel it. It's a negative belief and it feels / looks ...
Describe it.
Release it (let go). In other words, be, with it, and in a few allowing moments it will dissolve like butter on hot toast.
Choose a preferred better feeling thought - The Better Belief.
Butter Humbugs! Better. *broad smile* Yummy feelings!
When you fight with a feeling, you give it attention, you make it stronger, you give it power.
The powerful feeling that you deserve to feel is simply a thought away. You can choose to reach for it.
You can choose to release all belief in lack and limitation.
You can listen with love to your body's broadcast. It is constantly sending you signals. Are you listening?
Get out of your 'stories' and details and re-delivering of negative events / happenings. Let those thoughts wither and die. Don't give them the oxygen of attention.
Be aware of your thoughts and when you go to the past. Stay out of the past. It no longer exists, unless you revive it. Exit the past. All your power is in the now present moment.
Think of possibilities, not problems.
Happiness is an emotion that some people rarely, some people never, taste, not because they are denied it, but because they deny themselves. I hope you will give yourself the pure taste of happiness, in whatever flavor you prefer, today, now.
Begin each gift of a day with the intention to look for positive feeling experiences and be grateful for them.
When you feel good, live it up!
